Shipping Guidelines
Thank you for choosing Admar Neuro for your repair needs. To ensure the safe and secure transit of your device to our facility, we kindly ask that you to adhere to the following shipping guidelines.
Proper Packaging:
- Please ensure that your equipment is packaged securely, using sufficient cushioning materials such as bubble wrap or foam to prevent movement within the box.
- Use a sturdy, appropriately-sized box that can withstand the rigors of transit.
- Clearly label the package as "Fragile" and indicate the top side of the box.
Liability for Damage:
- We want to emphasize that Admar Neuro is NOT responsible for any damage that occurs to the equipment during transit. If damage occurs due to improper packaging, the customer will be held liable.
- In cases where damage is attributable to insufficient or inadequate packaging, FedEx or any other shipping carrier may not provide reimbursement for the damage.
